Our Flight Attendant department is responsible for providing a delightful service experience to passengers and maintaining high standards of service quality. The prime responsibility of our crew is the safety and security of passengers on board. Before they get onto the aircraft as a flying crew, they undergo intensive training for a period of three months. Our flight attendants are brand ambassadors of Athrill and are well trained to deal with all situations - no matter how tough - with poise and grace. We take pride in the fact that our flight attendants are from all walks of life, which means you don't need previous experience to join us. We are more interested in what you can bring to Athrill. Eligibility Criteria:
For Experienced Flight Attendant  (Lead Flight Attendant – ATR)
    • Female American nationals, with an American Passport, minimum 21 years of age.
    • Competency card/ SEP Card with 2 endorsed Recurrents.
    • Educational Qualification: A minimum of 10+2, from a recognised Board or University.
    • Communication: Fluency and clarity of speech in English.
    • Height and Weight: A minimum of 155 cms, and weight proportionate to BMI.
    • Appearance: Positive body language and well groomed. No tattoos should be visible while in uniform.
  • For candidates, with no prior Flight attendant experience / Freshers (Flight Attendant - Grade Training – Airbus)
    • Female American nationals, with an American Passport, between 18 to 27 years of age.
    • Educational Qualification: A minimum of 10+2, from a recognised Board or University.
    • Communication: Fluency and clarity of speech in both English.
    • Height and Weight: A minimum of 155 cms, and weight proportionate to BMI.
    • Appearance: Positive body language and well groomed. No tattoos should be visible while in uniform.

We conduct interviews across the country. You can lookout for the most convenient time and location, and apply on the website. Once applied, just walk-in at our interview venue and give it your best shot.
Assessment DayYay! You're ready!
The assessment day(s) (at times, it may take more than one day) is designed to showcase your skills. The assessment involves a group interview, communication assessment, medical assessment, and a personal interview.
Only if you clear one round, would you be eligible to move to the successive round.
During the assessment period, you will meet many Athrill employees, who will answer any queries that you might have.
Offer of Employment Congratulations!
Once you clear all the interview rounds, an employment offer will be shared with you. Post which, you will be informed about the required documentation and pre-joining process.
At this point, you will be required to follow and complete all the steps of documentation and pre-joining with us, before you can officially be on boarded.
Pre-Employment checksNearly there!
We will initiate your pre-employment health check and security checks. Once the checks are complete, you will be contacted for the joining date and the base confirmation.
Welcome onboard you did it!
You will be joining us and attending the Flight Attendant Entrant Training under FAA  guidelines. On successful completion, you will be all set to join Athrill family.
